In addition to assisting with content ideation, I tested and developed recipes for Bryant Terry’s newest award-winning vegan cookbook, Vegetable Kingdom. The book won the 2021 NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Literary Work — Instructional and is a 2021 finalist for an IACP Award in Health & Nutrition. Vegetable Kingdom has been named one of the best cookbooks of the year by The New Yorker, Washington Post, Vogue, San Francisco Chronicle, Forbes, Food & Wine, Salon, Garden & Gun, Delish, and Epicurious.
